Some interesting points, Kyle. That’s precisely why we operate as a holding company rather than a fund: it gives us much more flexibility on capital deployment and true duration edge. It allows us to finance certain litigation situations, but more importantly to use real estate cash flows to invest over a genuinely long‑term horizon rather than through an insurance‑style structure. The idea is simple: first, leverage a real estate asset; once the debt has effectively been transformed into equity, the rental income is systematically reinvested into listed markets.
